This group is based on the 3 pillars using the Wim Hoff Method Which are breathing exercises, commitment, and controlled exposure to cold.
By introducing ourselves to breath-work and cold water therapy / ice baths we can experience many benefits such as :

With this group, we can expect to meet monthly or more often depending on the demand to talk about and practice breath-work and do cold exposures .
This is a group of support / love / kindness and anyone interested is welcome and will never be forced to do anything they are not comfortable with but you will be encouraged to go into the ice with us 🙂
