Feeling tired, disconnected, or out of balance?

Flow60 is a moving meditation designed to help you release tension, silence your mind, and let go of trapped emotions in 60 minutes.

Created by Mike Chang, the practice has 4 parts:

- Tap Massage
- Strength Training
- Stretching
- Breathwork & Meditation

In this practice, our focus will be on the Viking Workout. A high-intensity bodyweight training combined with old-Nordic music (ex: Heilung), designed to build a strong body while releasing your inner fire. It's a lot of fun in community!

All fitness levels are welcome and modifications will be provided if needed.

Schedule:

  • 17:15 - 17:30: Arriving and settling in
  • 17:30 - 18:40: Viking Flow Practice
  • 18:40 - 19:00: Closing Circle
