This group is for people who are interested in exploring topics such as cultivating inner peace, bringing awakening into daily life, connecting with truth, and expressing your authentic self in the world.
We believe in the power of living intentionally and strive to create a community that supports personal growth and collective transformation. Our intention is to combine inner work with connecting in community.

Flow60 Practice in Humlegården
Humlegården, Unnamed Road, 114 46, Stockholm, SEFeeling tired, disconnected, or out of balance?
Flow60 is a moving meditation designed to help you release tension, silence your mind, and let go of trapped emotions in 60 minutes.
Created by Mike Chang, the practice has 4 parts:
- Tap Massage
- Strength Training
- Stretching
- Breathwork & Meditation
This is a fun and dynamic practice that helps you relieve stress and cultivate inner peace, while moving your body in nature.
I recommend you to bring a yoga mat or a towel to practice on.
All fitness levels are welcome!

Every Monday, we will gather to practice Pranayama, a traditional breathing technique that helps control your breath and mind. It is the fourth limb of the eight limbs of yoga, after Yama, Niyama, and Asana.We'll explore various pranayama techniques in a supportive, accessible environment. This is a practice that is best understood when experienced.

- Guidance suitable for beginners as well as advanced practitioners.
- Community gathering with healthy fika to mingle and build meaningful conversations after each session

- The classes will be held every Monday
- Each session is 60 minutes (5:15 pm - 6:15 pm) - 45 minutes of practice and 10 min of yog nidra with sound healing.
- Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of class
