You’re invited into a morning of gentle restoration — a space to breathe, soften, and let your whole system exhale. If you’ve been carrying a lot or craving a moment that feels just for you, this experience will meet you exactly where you are.

Bring your pillow, yoga mat, or blanket and settle into a cozy, welcoming atmosphere where the focus is simply your comfort, your healing, and your replenishment. Feel free to bring your crystals and extra water to charge in the field of sound.

This offering is a nourishing fusion of Massage, Reiki, and Crystal Bowl Sound Healing, designed to help you release tension, reset your energy, and reconnect to yourself in a way that feels real, grounded, and deeply supportive.

During this session, you’ll receive hands-on massage and Reiki from licensed massage therapist and Reiki Master Melissa, while harmonic crystal bowl frequencies create a soothing environment for emotional and energetic alignment.
