Candlelight Sound Bath: A Journey of Relaxation & Renewal

Relax, restore, and reconnect through the calming vibrations of a candlelight sound bath at Newtown Township Parks & Recreation Center.

This immersive experience is designed to quiet the mind, soothe the nervous system, and support deep rest and renewal.

Under the soft glow of candlelight, you’ll be guided into a tranquil, meditative state as the harmonic frequencies of crystal singing bowls resonate through the space and throughout your body.

These gentle sound vibrations encourage the body to shift out of stress and into a deeply restorative state—allowing tension to soften, energy to rebalance, and the mind to settle.

Sound healing works through vibration, supporting the parasympathetic nervous system and the body’s natural ability to relax and restore. Many participants experience a sense of calm, emotional release, mental clarity, and a feeling of being grounded and refreshed after the session.

No prior experience is necessary. Simply arrive, get comfortable, and allow yourself to receive.

Join us at Northampton Township Parks & Recreation for a deeply relaxing, immersive Crystal Bowl Sound Bath designed to soothe the nervous system, quiet the mind, and support whole-body restoration.
During this hour-long experience, you’ll rest comfortably while the harmonic frequencies of crystal singing bowls wash over you, guiding the brain into a deeply relaxed, meditative state where the body can naturally reset and restore.

Crystal singing bowls work on a vibrational level, helping to release tension, soften mental chatter, and bring the body and mind back into balance. Each bowl’s frequency corresponds with an energy center in the body, supporting gentle energetic clearing and a sense of grounded calm.

Accommodations

Our retreat is designed to be immersive and deeply nourishing—and that includes where you rest. Our private room block includes a limited number of luxury suites featuring both a cozy fireplace and an oversized whirlpool tub—an experience that adds to the restorative magic of this retreat.

You're welcome to share a room with a friend if you'd like to attend together. Many of the rooms at the Glasbern Inn can comfortably accommodate two guests, and sharing not only enhances your experience — it can also help reduce your lodging cost. Please note that retreat tuition is per person and remains the same whether you stay solo or with a friend, ensuring that each participant receives the full value of the experience. Cancellation Policy
Due to the intimate nature of this retreat and advance venue commitments, all retreat fee payments are non-refundable. However, your registration is fully transferable with written notice should you be unable to attend.
