Join us for the very first meetup of Cozy Book Nook ササハタ — a calm Sunday morning gathering for people who enjoy books, light conversation, and the simple joy of being together quietly.

• For this first meetup, we’ll be at Coffee House Poem Hatagaya (コーヒーハウスぽえむ 幡ヶ谷店). If you can’t find this place, please reach out to the host.

In future meetups, we’ll explore more local cafés in the Sasazuka–Hatagaya–Nishihara area — feel free to suggest cozy spots you like!

🕤 WHEN

• Sunday, August 24, 2025 from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

This simply the time the host will be present for the entire duration; participants can stop by or leave anytime during this timeframe.

📖 WHAT TO EXPECT

• Bring your own book and be ready to talk about it. Any language is fine, but English books are especially welcome.

• Please order something to support the venue and be sure to respect the venue’s rules.

• We’ll start with some casual English conversation, then shift into quiet reading time. We can also chat a bit more afterward if you’d like. There’s no need to be fluent — English learners are very welcome!

• The host may take photos for future event promotion, mainly of the books and the venue. Consent will be requested before photographing or sharing anything personal. Group photos are welcome if you’d like to join.

This is a chill, friendly space — introvert-friendly, English-practice-friendly, and totally no-pressure.
