Morning Meditation with Qigong is a beautiful way to start your morning, and prepare you for the stress, and chaos of the day.

Sessions are every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday morning, and limited to 6 people.

Sessions start with a basic 15 minute qigong practic designed to get your energy flowing, followed by 15-20 minutes of guided meditation to help prepare you for the day.

These meditations focus on personal growth and healing, not new age or societal hype. Sessions are trauma sensitive. Meditations include standing, sitting, walking, lying, and eating meditations. They incude visualizations, and body-scans.
