Pop Up Friday Night Dance Wave - Knoxville Ecstatic Dance

Come dance like your soul depends on it!! We're adding a third dance this month because we just can't help ourselves.

This extra pop-up night at Inner Perfect will feature a mix from our archives that exudes feelings of summer and taps into that feeling of being a kid heading off to summer camp.

DOORS OPEN: 7 pm
OPENING CIRCLE: 7:20 pm
MUSIC BEGINS: 7:30 pm
DOORS CLOSE: 7:45 pm

The dances are drug-free, alcohol-free, smoke-free and conversation-free. The music follows a journey with a calm/flow beginning, into a more vigorous and intense middle, entering into a more still and silent end.

You can express playfulness, craziness, passion, sadness, laughter or whatever needs to be expressed in the dance… or just come out to get your deep groove on!

The dance is open to everyone! Family friendly. No partner or dancing ability required - only breath and soul.

Please dress comfortably and bring some water to stay hydrated. And arrive substance free.
