Workout and Walk Along Dayton Kettering Connector

Time to get back at it! We'll start with a bodyweight workout of exercises like squats, jumping jacks and pushups. (All modifiable, of course!) Then, we'll head out for a brisk walk (~ 2.8 - 3.0 mph) along the paved Dayton Kettering Connector toward UD for a roundtrip of approximately 5 miles. Wear comfortable clothing and shoes that allow for range of motion. Bring water.
Meet in the parking lot of Gentile Park. Please arrive 5 minutes before the scheduled start so we may begin on time.
