This group is a resource for building genuine connections for all who work in tech and are looking to meet new professional contacts and make new friends!
We aim to host in-person networking meetups every other month in a friendly setting (rotating locations) that encourages conversation over drinks. We invite, and have had folks from all over tech (e.g., software, sales, marketing, product, consulting, founders, etc.) come to events and have a good mix of regular attendees and fresh faces. You should join if you're looking to socialize with other motivated tech professionals in a low pressure casual environment. We don't have speakers or panels (even with sponsored events) and really try and create a fun environment.
We are very much a community driven group and sincerely welcome any event ideas, improvements, partnerships, locations, etc. We always welcome discussions around partnering with other local groups for events. We have had and are also always open to discussing sponsorship for any events where you/your company would have a chance to highlight yourself and help support the Colorado tech community. We absolutely welcome founders, startups, and sales professionals! Cross-industry connection is how business gets done and we have heard first-hand about people making valuable connections that have led to business. However, we ask all members to adhere to a "Transparency First" policy. Come to build genuine relationships and learn about others. Aggressive prospecting negatively impacts the community we're trying to maintain. Be upfront about what you do, focus on adding value first, and let business happen naturally.

Tech Networking Happy Hour November Meetup!
Woods Boss Brewing Company, 2210 California St, Denver, CO 80205, USA, Denver, CO, USWe're excited to partner with Denver|CO Fintech for our next event at Woods Boss Brewing on Thursday, November 5th at 5pm! We haven't been to Woods Boss in ~one year, but the image shown is from our last event there and we expect this to be another good one.
This will be another sponsored event with drink tokens and free catered food (for early attendees) thanks to JumpCloud, a local tech company. JumpCloud is a security platform that helps organizations centralize their access and device management into a single pane of glass. They help organizations save time with onboarding and offboarding tasks, unify control over systems and applications, and automate and enforce compliance to help them scale securely.
As the group’s name implies, we're open to any/all folks who work in tech (e.g., software, product, sales, data, etc.) or tech adjacent fields who are looking to make new professional connections and friends. We'll be piloting an optional colored sticker(s) name tag idea (image below) to better facilitate introductions/connections and give people a quick view of "why you're attending". We'd love to get some feedback on this.
