Drum Circle (& Potluck Party!) at Bridge Meadows Bvtn Community Room

You are invited to the Drum Circle (& Potluck Party) at Bridge Meadows Beaverton Apartments Community Room on Sunday December 14th starting at 2 pm.

You will be joining other members of a continuing non-Meetup Drum Circle in the southwest Portland metro area.

We will finish up drumming around 3:30 pm to start the Potluck Party! If you don't wish to participate in the Potluck - you are welcome to come just for the Drum Circle; or visa-versa.

*****Drum Circle details*****:
You will be joining other members of a continuing non-Meetup Drum Circle in the southwest Portland metro area.

Bring your rhythms to share or just join in. All drumming levels and friends are welcome. There will be a few drums and percussion items to share. Non-percussion instruments and dancing that melds with the songs are welcome. We will meet in a spacious Community Room with large windows and high ceiling. Chairs and restrooms are provided.

There is NO non-resident parking at the Bridge Meadows Beaverton parking lot, however there is ample approved parking a short distance away across Allen Blvd at the Beaverton Christian Church. If you wish, you may drop off your gear/food at the Community Room before parking at the Church's parking area closest to the Allen/Menlo intersection. There is a traffic signal with cross walk at the intersection but be alert/cautious when crossing. Please see 'Parking/Drop off/Walking Info' photo below.

***** Potluck Party details *****
1. After the Drum Circle ends (~3:30pm), we'll set up the tables & chairs for the Potluck.
2. All participants are asked to bring a main dish, side dish or dessert dish to share.
3. Drum Circle participants (and their spouses/partners and family members) are also welcome to participate. Because the Community Room is part of the Bridge Meadows Apartments, the apartment residents are also welcome to participate.
4. During the Drum Circle - Cold items may be stored in the refrigerator; and Hot items may be kept warm in ovens (2 available) or reheated in the microwave oven.
5. Bring what you want to drink (No alcoholic beverages are allowed)
6. Plates, eating utensils and serving utensils will be provided.
7. After the Potluck, we'll clean up, and out (5-5:30 pm)
