hello Exploring Craft Beer Meetup members!
I attended their last event & was impressed by the food / beer pairings & attendees - it was fun catching up with folks & meeting new faces!
if interested in attending, there's limited seating, so buy your ticket asap (i did) since it will sell out. here's the menu:

#### Opening Toast
Pizza Times Prosciutto & Fig Pie
Herbed ricotta and mozzarella with San Giuseppe Carolina-made prosciutto and local figs
Paired with Duvel Shandy
# 7:00 p.m. Dinner
#### First Course
Grilled Peach, Burrata & Arugula Salad
Served with a peach cider vinaigrette and topped with candied walnuts
Paired with Scaldis Peche Mel
#### Second Course
Locals Seafood Pan-Seared Striped Bass
From NC State's Aquaculture Program served atop a bed of summer succotash with shoepeg corn, asparagus, Carolina heirloom peas, and baby potatoes. Paired with a Dijon and dill cream sauce.
Paired with St. Bernardus/Weihenstephaner Collab Kombine
or
Fox, Farm & Forage Mushroom Sauté and Butternut Squash Ravioli
Served with a garlic-Parmesan cream sauce and garnished with toasted pumpkin seeds.
Optional add-on: Braised short rib for additional protein.
Paired with Dupont Saison
#### Dessert Course
End-of-Summer Fresh Peach Crisp
Topped with cinnamon and nutmeg whipped cream and finished with house-made vanilla sauce
Paired with Japas Peach Sour- From Brazil!
#### $80 per person. Includes food, brews, tax and gratuity.
