I coordinated an event for my local computer user group in Neuse River Brewing so it will interesting to see how it fares paired with Flemings Cuisine. $85 per person + tax & gratuity, here's the menu:

FIRST COURSE Charcuterie and Cheese Plate
Beer Pairing: Riverkeeper’s Wit, Belgian Witbier

SECOND COURSE Seared Ahi Tuna with vegetable root slaw with spicy mustard sauce
Beer Pairing: Brillant, Lemongrass Belgian Tripel

THIRD COURSE Beer battered chicken fried steak with spicy Thai green beans
Beer Pairing: Locals Only, American Lager

FOURTH COURSE Porter Bundt Cake with whiskey caramel sauce
Beer Pairing: Bobbi Brune, Smoked Belgian Brown Ale
