What we’re about
Welcome!
This is a ladies-only social group for the 30+ crowd who are looking to build lasting friendships in the the greater East Wake/Johnston County area.
We will have dinners, brunch, book club, wine nights, movies, theater, hikes, weekend trips, etc… Have an idea? Suggest it! If you're excited about it, chances are others will be too.
This group is about more than making plans, it's about showing up for each other and making meaningful connections. That's why we have an attendance policy to help keep things respectful and fun for all.
Here's what that means:
- If you RSVP "Yes," we're counting on you to be there - both for logistics and because we'll miss you.
- Please avoid last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours of the event) unless it's truly unavoidable. Last minute cancellations will be considered a no-show.
- If you're on the waitlist and know you can't make it, please update your RSVP accordingly so someone else can take your spot.
- Members who no-show three times may be removed from the group, simply to keep things fair for everyone putting in the effort to show up.
We're here to build a community of women friendships, one Meetup at a time. Hope to see you at an event soon!

See all- Let's See Community TheatreNorth Raleigh Arts & Creative Theatre, Raleigh, NC
Let's See a Community Theatre show at NRACT. Once Upon A Mattress is the performance. "Many moons ago in a far-off place, Queen Aggravain decreed no couples could marry until her son, Prince Dauntless, found a bride. Princesses came from far and wide to win the hand of the prince, but none could pass the impossible tests given to them by the Queen. That is, until the “shy” swamp princess, Winnifred the Woebegone, showed up. Would she be able to pass the Sensitivity Test, marry her prince, and help Lady Larken and Sir Harry to the altar? Carried on a wave of wonderful songs, by turns hilarious and raucous, romantic and melodic, this rollicking spin on the classic tale The Princess and the Pea provides some side-splitting shenanigans. For after all, a princess is a delicate thing."
Tickets are $23.31 for seniors, teachers and military or $25.17 for adults.
