Keppel Lookout & Steavenson Falls (Marysville)
(14.5 km, 650 m Elevation Gain, 4 hrs, Grade 3)
Marysville State Forest is located approximately 100 km (1.5 hours drive) north east of Melbourne. The area is renowned for its lush eucalypt forests, clear streams and spectacular waterfalls.
We will be climbing through stringybark and mountain ash forest to lookouts with spectacular views across Marysville and the Cathedral Range State Park.
Steavenson Falls is one of the tallest falls in Victoria with five cascades descending a total of 122 metres, the last with a clear drop of more than 21 metres.

Moderately Challenging, Grade 3
You need a good level of fitness for this hike.
Meeting Point
We will meet at Marysville Information Centre car park (11 Murchison Street, Marysville) at 9:30 am and expect to return around 2 pm and visit a local cafe for a coffee
