Step into an evening of profound relaxation and inner renewal.

This deeply guided meditation invites you into a state of conscious rest where the body relaxes completely while awareness remains gently present. Through gentle breath guidance, body awareness, Reiki and subtle visualization, you’ll be led into the space between waking and dreaming.

As you settle into stillness, immersive healing sound from crystal bowls and other sacred instruments creates a supportive vibrational field around you. The frequencies help calm the nervous system, soften mental chatter, and support energetic balance. The combination of guided inner awareness and sound allows tension to unwind naturally, without effort or striving.

In this restorative state, the body can rest deeply, the subconscious can soften, and clarity can rise to the surface. Many people experience improved sleep, emotional release, creative insight, or simply a deep sense of peace.

This style of meditation is often called yogic sleep or yoga Nidra, a practice of conscious rest.

No experience is needed. We have yoga mats and some blankets but feel free to bring your own if you prefer along with a pillow, eye mask or anything for your comfort. Simply come as you are, get comfortable, and allow yourself to receive.

You’ll leave feeling grounded, clear, and deeply restored, as if you’ve traveled somewhere sacred within yourself.
