You will be guided through a meditation into your door in your heart. There you will find the pathways to the All That Is. This door has been there since the beginning and will be with you always as you journey from one life into the next.
Through this door you will be directly connected and experience True Source. A deeply profound experience that will irrevocably change your perception and your place in this world.

Through a separate exercise, you will be guided into a meditative state where you will connect with your primary spirit guide. You will also be taught how they communicate with you through their own means.
From this point forward, you will not be the same.

And so it is, and so shall it be.

Healing Vibrations – Experience the power of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, gongs, and other sacred instruments as their frequencies work to clear energetic blockages and promote healing.
Energetic Rebalancing – Allow the harmonious sounds to bring balance to your chakras, enhance mental clarity, and release tension stored in the body.
Midweek Reset – This session is perfect for unwinding after a busy start to the week, promoting restful sleep, and raising your vibrational frequency.

Step into a space of deep peace, renewal, and vibrational healing. Whether you are new to sound healing or a regular attendee, this session with Kristine will leave you feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected.

Yoga mats and blankets are provided but feel free to bring a pillow, eye mask, water bottle or anything else to keep you comfortable as you relax into the experience.
