#### Women's Mid Year Mini-Retreat!

Last year's mini retreat was so fun that I want to repeat it! What a great time to hit the pause button of a busy summer and enjoy the community of other like minded women. (sorry guys, this one is just for the girls). This mini-retreat will feature some great things including:

• making personalized essential oil blends with gemstones
• gentle and loving yoga practice (adaptable to any ability)

• time to chat about intentions, mid year goal revisions, and some soulful reflection
