Autistic and ADHD burnout workshop

Details
Feeling drained? Lost your spark for things you usually love? You’re not alone. Burnout hits hard—especially for autistic and ADHD adults navigating a world that often demands masking, multitasking, and constant resilience.
Join us for an engaging, affirming afternoon where we’ll unpack what burnout looks like for neurodivergent folks—and explore real-world strategies to spot it early, recover, and build support systems that actually work for us.
💬 What to Expect
- Grounding intro + community agreements to co-create a safe space
- Fun burnout themed icebreakers
- Short talk on ND burnout: signs, causes, and how to bounce back - based on recent research
- Small-group chats: share your experiences and swap survival strategies
- Build your own burnout prevention plan (take-home worksheet!)
- Creative, low-pressure group game to generate self-care ideas
- Optional join-the-community circle to connect beyond the event
🧩 This event is ND-led and ND-friendly. Participation is always optional. We’ll have quiet zones, and space for everyone—whether you feel like chatting or just listening.
🎟️ Free event funded via an NDIA Peer Support and Capacity Building grant awarded to Focus Bear (an executive functioning enhancement app for AuDHDers).
Please RSVP to help us plan materials.
We can’t wait to learn, laugh, and unmask together 💛
