PICANYA TO PAIPORTA
This walk takes us through two beautiful communities affected by the 2024 DANA floods. We'll meet in the park outside the Picanya metro station and rendezvous through the small streets and cozy squares along the powerful Rambla del Poyo gorge over the new bridges and into the resilient heart of the Horta Sud region. This walk is about 3K, will take about 2 hours and burn about 400 calories which you are encouraged to replenish at a local cafeteria of your choice! :)

Picanya & Paiporta are both accessible by METRO on lines 2 and 7

This walkshop is free. The host may welcome donations at the end, but the point is to enjoy every step and discover the region together.

ABOUT THE HOST
Alexey is a storyteller who has taught at Academy of Art University (San Francisco) and International Fashion Academy (Paris). Since 2023 he's been on the jury of CLEC Fashion Festival in the City of Arts and Sciences, a host of Book Lovers Unplugged literary open mic at the only English language bookstore in Valencia, and the producer of @StandUpComedyValencia shows. Most importantly, Alexey is a fulltime Gemini with ADHD.
