Spit Bridge to Manly Walk

Get ready for a spectacular day out with the Fab Over40 crew as we tackle one of Sydney’s most breathtaking coastal walks — the iconic **Spit Bridge to Manly Walk**!

This stunning 10km trail weaves through lush bushland, hidden beaches, and jaw-dropping harbour views. We’ll take it at a relaxed pace, allowing time to soak up the scenery, share stories, snap some selfies, and of course — enjoy a coffee break en route.

Once we arrive in vibrant Manly, those keen to keep the good vibes going can head to one of the buzzing seaside pubs for a well-earned late lunch. Suggestions will be shared closer to the day.

🕘 **Coming from the city?** Meet us at 9am sharp at Wynyard Station, Carrington Street, Stand A, to catch the 173 or 173X bus to Spit Bridge. Stand A is just outside the back of Wynyard Station.

🕙 **Making your own way?** Meet us at 10am at the Spit Bridge, near the stairs that lead down to the water’s edge on the east side.
