Welcome to Free And Cheap Things in Boston (aka "FACT Boston")!
FACT Boston has two primary objectives:
(1) inform people about free (or darn cheap) things to do in Boston that they might not otherwise know about, and
(2) help people find others to do those things with, in case they don't feel like doing them alone.
We'll find fun things to do that are either free or cost no more than $10. And we'll make some new friends in the process!

Card Readings at the Ashland Horror Festival
Location not specified yetThe Ashland Library is hosting a full‑day Horror Festival — authors, panels, games, book signings, and all kinds of spooky fun. It’s a perfect chance to explore new stories, meet incredible writers, and soak in the creative buzz.
And right in the middle of it all, With Love & Gratitude will be offering 20‑minute psychic card readings. Insight, curiosity, play — however you approach it, it’s a wonderful moment to tune in during a very lively day.
They’re $20, and every dollar supports the Friends of the Ashland Library.
You can register for a timeslot through the library’s event page, and we’ll also have room for walk‑ins.
