Hit the Trail to Bluff Lake

Join us as we hit several trails and end up at Bluff Lake in the San Bernardino Mountains. We will park at the new parking lot -38501 Big Bear Blvd - where you do not need an Adventure Pass no later than 7:45. There is a nice restroom next to the parking lot too for those who have had their daily dose of Coffee. This is a 4.8 roundtrip with some elevation gain. The write up for the Champion Lodge Pole via Castlerock Trail also notes that the first mile is at an incline-yuck , but were starting early so we hope for beautiful mountain air not heat.
Bring a sack lunch to enjoy up there along with your water and whatever else is needed to make you happy.
