Palm Springs Art Museum is open Free to enjoy. Also around the area will be vendors for Food, Drink, entertainment and games . Plenty of parking also. The actual doors are open at 5pm , but if you have only a few hours to enjoy then will make it work and meet you there .
You can also read up on the Museum. I am not sure who will be performing at the Sugar Shack down there that evening, but there have been some good Jazz for anyone interested afterwards - IDK. TBA for that lineup. Tracy

The Indian Canyons hiking trails sit on the Aqua Caliente Indian Reservation, which protects one of the most beautiful palm oases in the United States.

Come hike Indian Canyons and enjoy the beautiful palm oases with us.

-The plan is to hike Palm Canyon/Victor trails loop (2.7 miles), first.
-We can, then, go back up to the parking lot, visit the trading post, and have snacks/break. When break is over, we can caravan over to the Andreas Canyon parking lot to the location of our second, and final, hike (approximately 7 minutes drive from the Palm Canyon parking lot).
-Our second hike planned is the Andreas Canyon Loop (1 mile).

Since Indian Canyons opens at 8AM, we will plan to meet at the Palm Canyon parking lot between 8-8:20. Try to get to the gate earlier the 8 AM, as there may be a line to pay and enter the toll gate. If there is delay getting to the Palm Canyon parking lot, due to the time it takes to pay for your ticket and enter, please contact Tracy at this number 714-732-7772, to let us know if you are running behind.

All aged humans are welcome. Sorry, no pets are allowed.

Please bring your hiking essentials, sunblock, snacks, and plenty of water, as it may get hot towards the end of our hike.

Here are the details for this ( Using the Redlands Arrow line/ Metro Link Downtown Station ) Total Roundtrip fare is $10 Weekender Pass.
*if you choose to meet us at Depot San Bernardino then your time is 8:41am -well meet u there
Taking off from Redlands Arrow line at 8:11 am to San Bernardino Depot transferring onto Metrolink for Union Station. Once we arrive at the beautiful Union Station at 10:22 we find the A line for a short bus ride to Bunker Hill/Grand Ave stop. We briefly walk

Museum 1- The Broad ( 222 S. Grand ) We should arrive there by 10:45 and spend a few hours there. We can stop off at Subway afterwards before we go to our next stop a short walk away.
Museum 2- MOCA Museum of Contemporary Art ( 250 S. Grand). We will need to leave here at 3:45 to go back up to the bus drop at Bunker Hill/Grand Ave to catch the 4 pm back to Union Station. Our Train back to Redlands leaves Union Station at 4:38 and we need to be on it.
A very FULL day- Since I need to get tickets for our slotted times I need to close off the RSVP by SEPT 24.
