Essential Oils and Meditation: Pairing with Intention

Pairing essential oils with your meditation practice can help set the mood and helps align your intentions for your meditation. For example, if you want to have a meditation for gratefulness then you would pick an oil that aligns with that intention. Also, essential oils can relax your body, calm your mind, and ease your heart going into a meditation.
This class will show you several different oils and their abilities to help you get ready for your meditation. You will receive a sample and a handout to take home with you.
We will end the class with a meditation.
