Female Productivity Across Your Cycle 🙋🏽♀️
Smart City Lab Leipzig, Magazingasse 3, 04109 Leipzig, Germany, Leipzig, SN, DELadies,
As women, our energy, mood, and ability to focus can sometimes feel very different from one week to the next. Some days, we feel ready to take on the world, while on others, even our usual tasks feel more challenging.
Our menstrual cycle can influence how we feel throughout the month. This is our chance to learn what happens during its different phases and how to better understand our own experiences.
In this interactive workshop, Christiane Berg will help us understand the female cycle, learn about the hormonal changes behind it, and discover how to become more aware of our bodies and their needs.
✨ Together, we'll explore:
- Understanding your cycle: Discover the different phases of the menstrual cycle, what happens hormonally, and how these changes may affect your everyday life.
- Getting to know your own rhythm: Learn how to identify where you are in your cycle and become more aware of your individual patterns, energy levels, and experiences.
- Dealing with period pain and PMS: Explore approaches and strategies that may help you manage common symptoms and better support yourself throughout your cycle.
- Reflecting and sharing: Through guided reflection questions and small-group discussions, you'll have the opportunity to explore your own cycle experiences, exchange perspectives, and learn from one another.
The goal is not to be productive every single day in the same way, but to better understand yourself and discover ways to work with your body rather than against it.
Come with your questions and an open mind. Let's learn more about our bodies and learn how understanding our cycles can help us take better care of ourselves.
🎤 About the speaker:
Christiane Berg is an expert on the female menstrual cycle. Originally from Germany, she loves sports, languages, and enjoying a good coffee with friends.Through her podcast, writing, and Instagram, Christiane shares her knowledge about female hormones, helping women understand why they may feel the way they do and why these experiences are completely valid.
Her dream is for women to see their cycles as something beautiful and to appreciate the beauty of womanhood, with all its different phases and experiences.
