In this workshop, weβll explore the roots of stress, how to manage it on a daily basis, and the additional stressors womxn often face. Youβll gain insights into your personal resources for stress management and learn how to cope with challenges in a healthier, more sustainable way. πͺ·

Fay (they/them) is a non-binary, neurodivergent (Autism + ADHD) certified systemic coach specializing in stress management and burnout prevention. With a background in various fieldsβfrom NGOs and project management to retailβthey offer coaching and awareness workshops focused on building more inclusive and empathetic spaces.
