Join the HIIT Squad for a unique workout mix of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) using our own body weight and running. The workout is about an hour (60 minutes) with warm up and cool down included.
Bring workout mat or towel for ground cover and gloves to protect hands from grass, concrete or any other exercise surface. Also, bring a filled water bottle for you to stay hydrated.
