We build meaningful communities with free fitness. We sweat and connect. It doesn’t matter who you are. We’re your motivation boost to build a healthy lifestyle. No equipment or previous experience are required to attend a session. All you have to do is show up. All workouts are designed to be accessible and adaptable to anyone.

FitFam is a non-profit, volunteer-led fitness community that provides free and consistent access to quality fitness, wellness, and an overall active lifestyle year round. Our journey started with only six friends who were looking to stay active during the long, cold winter in Shanghai in 2015. We have since then grown to a community of more than 5,000 members that is built on trust, accountability, and inclusivity. The FitFam Taipei branch started in 2018 as an independent group and has since been incorporated into the Fitfam family. Fitfam HB offers traditional HIIT training as well as variety of outdoor and indoor activities

HIIT Squad workout in the Park

Join the HIIT Squad for High Intensity Interval Training using our own body weight. The workout, with warm up and cool down, is around 60 minutes. Bring workout gloves and mat or towel to workout on the grass. Also bring a filled bottle of water to hydrate yourself.

HIIT the Ground Running!

Needs a location

Join the HIIT Squad for a unique workout mix of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) using our own body weight and running. The workout is about an hour (60 minutes) with warm up and cool down included.
Bring workout gloves to protect hands from grass, concrete or any other exercise surface. Also, bring a filled water bottle for you to stay hydrated.
