Cantilever Rock Hike

Join us for a dog-friendly late season hike to Cantilever Rock, a quiet spur trail on the side of Mt. Mansfield with fantastic views. We'll start at Underhill State Park, take the Eagle Cut Trail to Sunset Ridge before ending at Cantilever. 3 miles out and back with ~1,100' elevation gain, a moderate hike with lots of rock steps but minimal scrambling.

NOTE: If the Forest Dept. closes the gate due to early winter weather, the hike becomes ~5 miles/1,500' (~2 additional miles along a gravel road). No fee. Dogs on leash.

Trivia is always fun with some great team mates and good beer! Come join us at Black Flannel for trivia played in the back room to the bar.

Arrive early and grab us a table if you can. Usually 6 person tables and tables are first come first serve.
