Silent Sensory Hike

Details
*Beginning in July, this event will take place from 10-11am.
Join us on the first Wednesday of each month for a gentle intro duction to nature’s healing embrace, guided by Kerri Newman Darrow, an experienced occupational therapist. This immersive journey through the tranquil beauty of the outdoors offers an opportunity to cultivate mindfulness, wellness, and grounding.
Inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-Yoku, or forest bathing, this beginner-friendly hike serves as a rejuvenating escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Engage your senses fully, tune into the sights, sounds, and sensations of the forest, and experience the effects of nature on mind, body, and spirit.

Every 1st Wednesday of the month until October 5, 2026
