Learn to meditate and achieve Self Realisation, 6pm every Monday.

These classes will teach you simple and effective techniques, which will help you to achieve the experience of inner silence. Relax and feel the benefits of Self Realisation.

Build your skills at your own pace and journey towards a deeper understanding of your 'Self'. This is an opportunity to discover the peace which lies within and to experience a new awareness that you may not have known before.

  3. Join in even if you miss a session.
  4. No strenuous physical exercises, postures or special clothing.

Sahaja Yoga Meditation was founded by Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi in 1970 and is now enjoyed all around the world.

We have a team of presenters and the sessions are interactive, so feel free to ask questions in chat, or you can ask to be added to the WhatsApp group to receive daily meditations so that you can practice in between sessions.
