We all want to make small changes- and yet our good old brain often protects us from making our plans beome a sustainable reality . It would be fun to hear what habits you would like to develop and what systems have helped you in the past to be succesfull ( Ayurveda? Journaling? Meditation?) It is so much fun when everyone gets to share their thoughts around the table - so much wisdom and so many chuckles .... I will have drinks and bread for everyone-pls bring some easy to share and nourishing food. I appreciate if someone can be here 20 minutes early to help with the set-up and someone can help with the takedown. Pls let me know if you can volunteer with this .I HAVE DOGS, SO PLS BE AWARE THAT THEY MIGHT WANT TO INTERACT WITH YOU ( they are friendsy buy can be noisy )
