Rain, icy mix is forecast for Friday, so I am changing my hike TO SATURDAY at River Bends Park at NOON.
We will meet in the Hickory Grove parking lot off 22 Mile R and (between Ryan and Shelby Rds). We'll hike 5-6 miles with a bail out point around half way. Expect icy, slushy, muddy conditions on the trails. Ice cleats are highly recommended, as well as hiking boots or trail shoes. Bring water. You do not need a vehicle permit for this park.
