Lingzhi has been with CommBank for more than 20 years. She led large teams, delivered big projects, and managed extensive infrastructure services portfolios. However, what she is most passionate about is building an inclusive culture where everyone feels like they belong and can thrive. She co-founded the Women in Technology in CommBank network to help women to progress with their careers with the right skillsets and mindsets.

Amela is responsible for strategically developing the capability of CDAO engineers, providing technical direction to data initiatives. She works closely with the CDAO leaders in engaging and developing talent, supporting career paths, and providing opportunities for individual and team development. Amela is also an academic, she teaches at UTS and Usyd postgraduate courses in project management, finance, and data science.

Ann started her career as a Java Developer for an Insurance company and moved into Big Data Analytics in 2013. Since then it was an eventful journey working in Social Media Analysis, Retail & Banking, and other use cases. She relocated to Sydney in 2014 and has been with CommBank since 2017. CommBank gave her the opportunities to grow and evolve into a Staff Data Engineer - where she carries multiple roles like Cross-team Technical coordination, Mentorship, Technical implementation & maintenance of the Bank’s use cases.

Theresa has led many cross disciplines teams in the enterprise data warehouse, business intelligence, and analytics domains. At present, she is leading a highly skilled team of senior quality engineers to deliver test automation framework, facilitation tooling, and test capabilities. She is passionate about uplifting engineering culture, software quality, and operations productivity. She takes pride in supporting her team members’ career development and building a positive work culture.
