About This Event

What does it mean to be a leader who raises women up, and how do everyday decisions influence whether women are heard, recognised, supported, and able to progress? Join us for this special 45-minute remote session hosted by GEEQ, featuring author and leader Tanya Perry-Iranzadi. Tanya will introduce her new book, The Leaders Who Raise Women Up, and the practical framework at its center: The 12 Ways Leaders Impact Women's Careers™.

Everyday leadership decisions shape whose voice is heard, whose contribution is recognised, who receives opportunities, and who can sustain their career without becoming depleted. Drawing on her book, Tanya will explore how leadership behaviours shape women's experiences at work—and why changing those behaviours begins with examining the beliefs behind them.

Whether you already lead a team or aspire to leadership, this session will help you recognise your influence and identify a practical action you can take to support women's careers.

What We Will Cover

  • Beliefs vs. Behaviours: Explore how assumptions can influence decisions about women's contributions, potential, and ambition.
  • Practical Insights: Gain a first look at the tools and frameworks that will be explored in depth during our upcoming workshop series.

Special Perks & Giveaways

Looking Ahead: Want to dive deeper?

This introductory session is just the kickoff! GEEQ will be running an exclusive 5-workshop series from February to June with Tanya next year.
