Walk This Wey (approx 6 miles)

Please join me on a day out walking part of the Wey Navigation route.

Our walk starts from outside Godalming Rail Station at 11.00 am and takes us to Guildford. On arrival at Guildford we will stop for lunch at Megan's By The Castle, a Turkish/English cafe. Our return journey will be from Guildford, so if you're travelling by train be sure to check what ticket(s) you're buying. THIS IS A LINEAR WALK.

The walk is flat and takes us along the side of the Wey Navigation right into Guildford, so hardly any map reading is needed. There are no facilities along the route so it's advisable you bring your own snacks and a drink as we'll stop along the way a couple of times for a break.

Places are limited due to only being able to book a maximum of 11 people for a lunch sitting. However, if there is a waitlist we may consider booking another table.

Out of courtesy to the host and the venue, please give at least 72 hours notice if you decide not to attend (emergencies being the exception). This also ensures anyone on the waitlist has sufficient notice to be able to take your place.
