Being a part of " Luigi Di Russo" French Wine Dinner on Tuesday, Oct 3 was like traveling to Paris. Not only is the food and wine delicious, but the fellowship, the ambiance and the appearance makes it so authentic.

1. Choose of Appetizers:
Escargot a’ la Bourguignonne, Garlic white wine sauce, creamed spinach,
or
Phyllo pastry shell Lump Crabmeat Strudel,
Lobster sauce Nantua Fallen French Cheese Soufflé,
Seasonal berries, toasted pecans and truffle honey
Lamb Bolognese, House-made fettuccini, whipped ricotta cheese.

2. Choice of Soup or Salad
French Onion Soup Gratinée,
Caesar Salad,
Traditional Garnishes Roasted Beet Salad,
Goat cheese fondue, pumpkin-spiced almonds.

3. Choice of Entrée
Coq au Vin, Bacon lardon, mushroom ragout, pearl onion, mashed potato

Herb-Crusted Salmon, Mashed potato, vegetables du jour, Horseradish cream sauce

Pan-Seared Grouper, Sauce Veronique, braised grapes in Champagne sauce, wild rice blend, vegetable du jour
