Gold Coast Active and Social Meetup Group

Walking from Coolangatta Surf Life Saving Club out past Rainbow Bay to Point Danger we’ll enjoy the amazing views along the coastline before looping back and returning to our start point for well earned refreshments.
This walk is around 5km on paths and sand. There are short steep inclines and steps on this section.
We’ll book a table and enjoy social chat at Coolangatta SLSC afterwards :)

Bring: a $2 donation towards the meetup fees and organiser costs, hat, water bottle, sandals or shoes.

If you would prefer to pay an annual amount of $10 for The Oceanway and local social events, once costs are covered I’ll host a members event and celebration :)

Please be mindfulful to update your attendance as ‘not going’ as soon as possible if you can no longer join us. This is so we can update bookings and not hold up the group waiting for ‘no shows’.

This event has been running for over 14 years in one form or another. It’s a wonderful way to meet new people, get a feel for the Active and Social Meetup Group and enjoy our amazing coastline views along the Gold Coast Oceanway!

This MeetUp Group is not a registered association or official club. Principally it is a Group with a wide range of activities and events that Event Organisers design to get like-minded people together to complete various activities, rather than on their own, with safety in numbers in mind.
