Come join long-time yoga devotee and teacher, Kandy, for a foundational yoga class.
This class is ideal for anyone new to yoga or for those returning to their practice after a time off, or anyone seeking a gentler practice.
Laughter and breathing, stretching and strengthening, relaxing and being are normal and natural tools that all can experience with your own age, abilities, and desires.
This yoga approach makes use of props to facilitate the poses. Yoga props are provided, however, personal props are encouraged: mat, blocks, blankets, belt, bolster.
