An Afternoon of Healing ~ Chakra Alignment & Activation Meditation w/ Mauree

During this meditation Mauree will incorporate crystal bowls, with a guided meditation, to assist in balancing and energizing the seven major chakras. This meditation fosters a harmonious flow of life force energy throughout the body, while incorporating sacred truths of being through affirmations.

After the meditation, Mauree will guide the group in a group healing. In this experience she will lead everyone in a process to build upon the healing energy created in the first meditation and direct it to everyone in the group to support their own healing journey.
