As many of you know, our group has been deeply committed to exploring the space between heart and mind—gently peeling back the layers that keep us disconnected from our truth, and supporting each other as we move into deeper alignment, presence, and love.
This summer, a dear sister and gifted medicine woman, Drea, is coming to New Jersey from Texas—and she’s bringing with her a deeply sacred offering that I believe many of you have been calling in.
Drea is holding a Medicine Ceremony Micro-Retreat for those ready to release old patterns, reconnect with their essence, and experience healing that bypasses words and goes straight to the soul.

What is B*U*F*O?
It is one of the most powerful natural entheogens on Earth, derived from the Sonoran Desert toad. In a grounded and trauma-informed ceremony, this medicine invites us to:

• Dissolve ego and meet the divine within
• Reset the nervous system from chronic stress and burnout

Because this work is so powerful, it’s essential that we honor the physical, emotional, and energetic readiness of each participant.
This is not recommended for individuals who:

• Are currently on SSRIs, MAOIs, or antipsychotic medications
• Have unmanaged bipolar disorder, psychosis, or schizophrenia
• Are pregnant or nursing
• Have uncontrolled heart or respiratory conditions
• Are not able or willing to show up fully present
