Heartfulness offers wellness techniques that support stress management and open the way to a more joyful and balanced life. Each session introduces you to simple relaxation, meditation, and gentle chair yoga (offered when the trainer is available).

Chair yoga provides an accessible way to stretch, release tension, and prepare the body for meditation, all from the comfort of a chair. Combined with guided Heartfulness meditation, you’ll experience both physical ease and inner stillness.

Our Heartfulness trainer will guide you through relaxation, meditation, and connecting with the heart. No prior experience is needed, just come with an open mind.
