What we’re about

From Constantly Needed to Newly Free: A Support Circle for Moms stepping back, letting go, and rediscovering themselves as their children launch into adulthood.
This group is for moms in transition — especially those who were “helicopter moms” (with love) and are now trying to figure out how to stop overparenting and start reclaiming themselves. We must step back and let them lead their own lives, make their own decisions, and STOP giving unsolicited advice or they will feel stifled.

If you’ve spent years micro-managing, over-helping, reminding, rescuing, organizing, and emotionally regulating your teen or young adult kids, and now they’re pulling away, asserting independence, or just not needing you the same way anymore…

You’re in the right place.

Whether your kids are older teens, new young adults off to college or young adults still living at home, this space is:

A judgment-free community of moms who get it
A place to grieve the shift in your role
A space to learn how to lovingly detach, create space, and support independence
And a supportive launchpad to rediscover who YOU are BEYOND mothering

We’ll meet regularly to:
Talk about identity shifts, boundaries, and what’s TOO MUCH help
Process the anxiety and grief of stepping back
Celebrate the milestones our kids hit — without fixing or rescuing
Explore passions, self-care, and new personal goals now that your role is changing
You gave your whole heart — now it’s time to gently hand the reins over and see who you are outside of mothering full-time, step into self-love, and design a new life where YOU thrive.
