A 2-Hour Seasonal Yoga Workshop with Terri As the energy of spring begins to rise, this 2-hour yoga workshop is an invitation to shed winter heaviness.
To move, breathe, and step into a new season with clear intention. Step Into Spring weaves fluid, strength-building movement with somatic practices to gently awaken the body after winter, restore vitality, and create a sense of forward momentum.
The practice evolves gradually — from grounding and flow into deep, extended guided relaxation — supporting both physical energy and meeting your nervous system where it is. Be guided through an extended and luxurious Yoga Nidra–style rest, allowing everything you’ve cultivated to fully settle and integrate, so you leave feeling clear, steady, and quietly energised.
