Delightful 30ish miles on scenic, quiet country lanes, canal tow-path and some 'B' roads. 🚴♀️🚴♂️
Easy relaxed pace, some moderate hills that can be walked or ridden depending on ability 🚵♀️🚵♂️.
Route takes in Carnforth, Warton, Silverdale , and the picturesque village of Yealand Conyers.
Lunch at Arnside promanade with plenty of time to relax, shops, ice cream and drinks. 🍰☕🍨
Return via Silverdale, and Lancaster canal tow-path.
Drinks and Food option at the end. 😋
Bring well maintained bike, food, water and lots of smiles 😊.
Cycle lock handy for extended stops. 🔐👍
Spare inner tube indispensable! 🚴♂️
