For those who don't have sticks, I have four (4) pair of sticks if you are interested in learning the yoga swim walking/hiking trekking method.

The agenda for this event:
Orientation to:
Using your trekking poles
Stretching exercises
Yoga exercises
Walking exercises
Dance exercises (experimenting)
After that:
Self guided, or a fast trek with me for one mile moderate to easy hike up to a rocky crag. Or, hike down De Luz creek to the enchanted wedding location.

Your poles will come in handy for this hike. The canyon is really green with many plants in bloom.
Water is available however I suggest you bring your own.
