Calling all Foodies with a Heart!🍎🍓🍆(West Campus Austin Location)
New Guild Co Op, 510 W 23rd St, Austin, TX, US**We typically have 6-10 volunteers every week that are not shown in the attendance
**Come and go as you please 11:00-2:30 (cutting & cooking, cleaning). The second shift starts around 2:30 (packing meals for delivery).
Do you have a passion for food, a love for people, and a desire to make a real difference? Then we’ve got a delicious opportunity for you! Every Saturday, we’re cooking up a storm and delivering mouth-watering meals to our homeless and low-income neighbors. And guess what? You’ll also get to savor a hot plate of food yourself, all while enjoying the company of some truly amazing volunteers.
You can come and go as you please. No signups/reuirements. Just a willingness to help.
contribute in the following ways:
Cooking: Cutting Veggies, Making rice&beans, salads, stir-frys.
Cleaning: Dishes, tables, floors, trash - it’s like a cleaning party!
Packing: Packing food into containers - it’s like playing a real-life game of Tetris!
Delivering: Bringing food to the hungry - feel free to belt out your favorite tunes along the way!
Drop by anytime between 11:00-3:30, and stay as long as you like. Just make sure to ask the chef for a plate of food before you leave - trust me, it’s too good to miss!
👧👦 Little Helpers Welcome: Children are welcome, as long as they’re aware of kitchen dangers (sharp knives, hot stoves, etc).

What We Do:
Help distribute food to those living on the streets.
💧 Hydration Heroes: Be a water distributor! 🥤 We’ll provide water bottles. Bring a bike and backpack
🚗 Ride Along: Or join a volunteer in their car and deliver by foot. 🏃♂️
