Mammoth Challenge Hike - Cross Plains

Work on the Ice Age Trail Alliance's Mammoth Hike challenge (individually or as team, hike 45 miles on Ice Age Trail and visit 3 Trail Communities in October).

We'll do a 3.5-mile loop through the Andersen Preserve portion (moderate difficulty with hiking up and down bluff) of the Cross Plains Segment along with walking along Black Earth Creek and past the IATA Office. Cross Plains is a Trail Community to go towards the Challenge!

Meet at park shelter behind the Cross Plains Library (intersection of Jovina and Grand St - two blocks north of Main St.)

Stay in town for lunch afterwards and then go to the IAT Seed Collection event at Table Bluff Rd that starts at 1:00 (volunteering at event earns bonus miles for the Challenge.)
