This will be the final Tea with Mo!

After many years Mo is finishing up with Tea with Mo. We will be moving to a more social offering with Tea Jam. The gong fu style remains, however there will be additional tables and tea servers (if we have sufficient numbers). Rather than just listening to Mo, we will have conversation, and pauses to listen to some live music. We welcome instruments and people to play them.

This last session will be to honour the lectures that have occurred before which have been based on understanding the nature and fabric of reality,
in a group setting where one can sit and contemplate the teachings of eastern and western philosophies through the lens of non-dualism.
Some of the topics that have been discussed range from forgiveness, suffering, enlightenment, gratitude, stillness, peace, calm, meditation, mindfulness, death, purpose, ego, reincarnation, and many more.
